2024年6月28日です。今12:23で五分くらい前に気が付いたんだけど、Xが俺のアカウントをロックしてるような体裁表示出てたんでちょっとテストのような操作をしてもう復旧したんですが、俺の権利ではインターネットのアカウントでサービス供給方から俺のアカウントにロック措置が為されるような相応の操作は俺にては過去に一度もしたこと無いので其の旨此処に誓約させて頂いてます。
俺私権歴では実際にインターネットサービスでアカウントロック正当体裁の被害を受けるのも今回初めてです。
但し今回のロック措置体裁のアカウント状態表示の件に関わりサービス供給方の不正可能性も鑑み「意識の違い」の観点から同件を法的に公正にする為の措置名目等の内容証明の通告はXでも又不十分です。俺のアカウントの経営価値から考えてもXのロック判断は非常に危険な操作と司法される内容でした。通信の信義があるので当方からは一応Xの管理不正・違法の信義の権利状況関係の事として当方で私権措置させて頂いてます。／

依然うちに違反も違法もありませんが、同SNS同X上でうちはそれから何度もアカウント措置になってます。
その都度殆ど全部ですが、、、公開でXに@メンションで同内容通告してます、こっちがXの所謂「社責」を使いX社同単位をうちに対しでの違法って扱いでやってます。
同社の代表の人間を違法扱いにしで俗物向けに対人構成にしてもいいんですが、、、うちからの同パターンはソフトバンク社への扱いと同じです。
あ、公開通告は今後もいちいち此れ迄同様にやるかは未定です。うちは公衆に福祉を提供してる身分なので自ら不自由な事は何もやんなくていいので。
同種件。X内でも書いたのですが、、、X例で。公開通告からの様子見、Xのほうで責任系としてXの管理体制への内部告発になる法理で管理が容認しでやってる事で公開通信として司法が状況固めたいらしいので、時流としてうちもそっちに協力したって内容です。

俺畠中とyuukinosightの復名義で使っていたインスタグラムとスレッズがふたつともアカウントロックになっていました。関連のご迷惑があれば申し訳ありません。
公開公示は以前から同じく継続し俺畠中雄城は過去に違法歴も無くSNS違反歴も無いので今回の事もサーバーのミスで為された事としては政情からはFacebookの社責管理の内部犯告発の法務性格がある事としてアカウント措置体裁の事としてMetaが暫定法務せず違法です。衆愚政治社会なので世の中に社責法務の知識がある人が多いとは見込まれ無いのが普通です。
